Sputnik Alcohol Stove

Some customers have requested just a stove to build their own kit from. This is it. A complete Sputnik Stove Kit is also available.

The Sputnik was developed to be very efficient and to concentrate the flame right on the bottom of a small pot like a Heine Pot or an Evernew 640 tall pot. This stove also works very well with larger pots like the Evernew 1.3L pot.

• Integrated pot stand positions the pot exactly the right height for maximum heat transfer
• This stove is very efficient and will boil 16 oz of water in approx. 5.5 min using only
  .65 oz of fuel (see stove performance)
• Body of stove is black which absorbs heat resulting in a faster prime and better cold weather performance
• Comes with stove and reflector/priming pan
