You might be asking yourself " what's the big deal, it's just a spoon"? Well we feel that every little savings in weight adds up. A few grams here, a few ounces there and before you know it you have shaved a pound off your pack weight. So we sourced the lightest spoons we could find. Two of the spoons have long handles so when you are eating your meal straight out of a freezer bag you can get every little morsel out of the bottom of the bag and not get your fingers and knuckles covered with food. Unless you are into that. In which case we also carry a short handled spoon.
