The Griz - Ultralight Bear Bag Line

Hanging your food in bear country is extremely inportant. The Griz - Ultralight Bear Bag Line is specifically made to slide over tree limbs and not injure the tree or get stuck in the bark. Thinner lines with abrasive outer sheaths can damage the tree and cut into the bark making retrival of your food bag very difficult if not impossible. This is especially important with soft or wet bark.

The 100% Spectra line has a flat weave to it and is coated with a high visibility urethane coating which helps it slide over tree limbs. The 1000 lb test is plenty strong for any food bag.
