Product Warranty and Returns

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied, send it back for an exchange or a refund.

Some of the tradeoffs of designing with extremely lightweight materials are strength and durability. We design our gear to be as light as functionally possible. It is up to you, the user, to determine if an item of gear will serve your needs. Reasonable care is required. If you are rough on your equipment or take it beyond its intended use, this equipment is probably not for you.

We warranty products we manufacture and sell to be free from manufacturing defects. ULTRALIGHT DESIGNS DOES NOT WARRANTY PRODUCTS AGAINST FABRIC FAILURE DUE TO DURABILITY ISSUES. If you are unwilling to accept the limitations of the lighter materials used in our products, do not purchase them, or return them upon receipt in accordance with our return policy.
